Terrible. Extremely rude customer service. Canceled part of my order because they ended up not having dropped my order below the free shipping threshold (I order from them because it was cheapest if I got all parts from one place). So then they just charged the shipping charge out of the refund for the one item. Awful awful awful

DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered some parts for my bike. Once i got the confirmation email, it stated that the parts will be shipped out in 4-6 business day, which means that this company doesn't actually hold any of the components that they sell on hand and simply will use drop shipping from wherever they obtain their components from. When I attempted to cancel the sale, they charged me 20% restocking fee for components that they haven't even shipped yet. This company is a scam. That's how they make money by charging ridiculous restocking fees on components that they don't even have. I would rather pay a few bucks more and buy my parts from reputable retailers of which these people are not. Lesson Learned

If I could give less than 1 star I would give negative stars that’s how upset I am at these clowns. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! 20% restocking for parts that NEVER left their warehouse. And THEN the clown who responded to my email in the most unprofessional manner possible. Talking about “we’ve been in business for 10+ years you don’t matter to us”. Ooooh boy you lucky you’re behind a keyboard.

Placed a order for motorcycle parts, received a email saying order was shipped. I checked the tracking number for 8 days said “usps waiting for packing to be dropped off by adaptpowersports” contacted adaptpowerspoarts was told it’s been shipped out. Asked for a photo proving it was shipped out, never got one. Called them they got extremely nasty over the phone, contacted my bank they started a fraud investigation and I won the case and received my money back! Horrible company, they lie, don’t order anything from them

Terrible customer service. Extremely rude. I'll never deal with these people again!! And they ripped me off for parts!! Criminals!! I wrote to their customer service department and they blocked me and told me to never come back!! Wow!!

If rude customer service and back-ordered parts are what you are looking for, THIS IS THE PLACE! After waiting 3 weeks for my parts I emailed to cancel the order. I was told there would be a 20% restocking fee. DO NOT order from these liars, the parts are not in stock and are back ordered. If I had a zero stars to give them I would. Spend your money elsewhere.

I would give this place a zero if it was allowed.. what a joke this place is! My husband didn’t read the reviews before he purchased parts for our UTV.. he had to send the parts back as they were the wrong parts and it’s been over a month and the female that answers the calls told him “they had to be inspected for use” they were in original wrapping and box and the bulk of the order was decals all they have to do is look and see they haven’t been rubbed off… he has called 3 times and she was extremely snippy and rude. It has been two months since we returned the parts and no refund. I would love just to ignore this but it’s $230.00. Who runs a business like this? I went online and started reading the reviews.. it’s NO WONDER they changed their name to Adept from the old name as they probably filed bankruptcy and started scamming customers all over again!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU LIKE THROWING YOUR $’s AWAY!!
