Horrible customer service. They like to argue with you instead of trying help you

We ordered parts from their website and got an email confirmation that the order was made. I waited then got an email a WEEK LATER that my order was canceled. Why? Because they said that our billing address didn't match the shipping address! Why isn't their website set up to immediately alert a customer online about this? I called their customer service and the lady on the phone said that there is nothing she can do. I asked to speak with a manager and she said, "...you are not an existing customer," then hung up the phone. Horrible business!

I ordered from them and then read reviews. ( Shame on me ). I, then, cancelled the order through Paypal and I received a nastygram from them. These are direct quotes with no grammatical errors. "We are sorry you this mental issue is happening to you. Get better." and, "You see 0.0001% negative reviews from gullible people like yourself" and, "well you should go on and read more reviews and stew in your mental sickness. Average age of "negative" reviewer for our website is 65 by the way."

Terrible experience. Blamed me for their mess up..Sent wrong part and did not want to refund shipping cost. Worse part called me an a**hole.

Harassment from Adept Powersports customer service. Beyond help. Email from Adept Powersports "Customer Service." "What a grandiose piece of $hit you are. No surprise - we knew it was coming after you claim it's "unacceptable" to have a return policy with a set number of days, or "unacceptable" to not make an exception for you - what a delusional piece of $hit."

These guys were unable to process and ship my order within their advertised period. After contacting customer services I found them to be the rude, unprofessional people that the other reviews on here also reported. Don't use these guys; they can't fulfill their orders and act like d*cks when you contact them about it.

BUYER BEWARE, This company is JOKE, I made a order then they cancelled it, Saying it was a shipping issue but if i still wanted the order , i had to reorder, so when i went to reorder they raised the prices on both item i was ordering, What a TERRIBLE COMPANY !! By the way the Honda dealership was way cheaper that what this scam company was charging BUYER BEWARE !!!

Ordered a part that was in stock and two months later it showed up. No emails about delay or conformation about the purchase. Now I am putting up smart ass and snarky customer service trying to get an RA. Do not buy or deal with this outfit, you will not be happy
