I reached out to the customer service yesterday 5/20/2025 looking for a part for my outboard motor asking questions. The representative with no name was very rude saying I was wasting their time. I told them I will take my business elsewhere with that poor attitude and response. He replied back blocking my email spam. This jerk is a total Prick! Do not buy from this business.

You cant easily find a way to write a review on their website says enough.. i couldnt even find a place to write a review @adeptpowersports. Placed an order for an airbox snorkel on April 18th says estimated ship date is April 24th.. if i knew it would take that long for such a small product i wouldnt have ordered through them.. and good luck trying to find a way to cancel an order without actually talking with someone. Dont go through these guys if your under a time crunch is all i can say.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are a scam. They sell parts they don’t have, which they say are available and in stock and when you reach out to their customer service to cancel because they can’t ship the item in time, they charge you a restock fee, despite the policy stating that it’s not applicable for parts that haven’t shipped.

I placed an order with AdeptPowersports.com that included both backordered and in-stock items. Nowhere on their website or during checkout was it disclosed that the entire order would be held until the backordered part became available—or that shipping in-stock items separately would require an additional fee. When I requested that the available items be shipped, I received a dismissive and hostile response. The company canceled my entire order without my consent, blocked my email address, and even threatened to blacklist me with other motorcycle parts suppliers. The tone of their communication was unprofessional, and their actions were retaliatory. This is a warning to other customers: fulfillment policies are not transparently disclosed, and raising a valid concern may lead to being banned from future purchases.

It has been about 10 years since I have been talked to the way the woman talked to me. Sounds like a little troll, tapping her fingers together, shoving donuts down her throat in California. Item said ships in 2 to 3 days. Six days later, the item had a tracking number that said awaiting item. So in other words, they printed a sticker after a week for an item they didnnot have to ship out in the first place. I called to get an update and then a nasty woman shouted at me in an outburst “you clearly dont understand usps and we have much more importsnt customers so eff off until you are having a better day”

Have purchased from them 3 times. Two purchases no problem. Third shipment was delivered to the wrong address. We pay for shipping,the product was insured,they refused a refund .package was delivered to a mailbox ,the proper address is an office with a receiver.

Reached out with a simple question about a part prior to purchase, and got an unprofessional condescending reply effectively telling me to F off for asking. Not hyperbole. It's as if the site is run by a moody teenager. Can't imagine running a business that way. Has to be a scam. Order at your own risk they're not even pretending to provide customer service.

Very unprofessional customer service. Just look at their response to 1-star reviews on Google. Sad that they think they can be that disrespectful to customers. When the common denominator to your negative reviews is your attitude, maybe it's not the customer. Tracking showed a shipping label was created on my order and the item was still at their warehouse 7 days later. Their response shows me they don't really care about customers and their owner is insecure and childish. I'll order anywhere else for the next order.
