Thieves - ordered a mask and never delivered, reached out to them and Michelle Price emailed back saying it was shipped, got a tracking # for USPS, when checking it simply stated "Label created, not yet in system. Will reach out to Paypal and my bank. What jerks

I also ordered a mask which I never received. I was given a tracking number which showed the order never left China. I contacted them by email 10 days after I ordered requesting to cancel the order and receive a refund. They did respond telling me that I could not get a refund because the order had already shipped. I waited another week and still no movement. I again emailed them and they responded that I should receive my order within 5-7 business days. That was over 2 weeks ago and still nothing. This company has fraudulently represented themselves throughout the entire process. They only post fake reviews on their website. I left a negative review daily for 9 days and not once did it post to the website.

They are very good at ripping people off. I ordered one mask and received a shipment order and tracking number. Check tracking and it stated that my order was on its way and the site looked like a USPS official site. I believe the Postal Inspectors Office should investigate them. Nothing we can do about getting reimbursed for the masks we did not get. Sorry to us all.

Addicttee sent me an order # April 7th telling me the order has shipped. I never received the 3 masks I ordered so I went back to view order and say's IP address could not be found. I read other current reviews and it seems I was scammed. I thought it was an American veteran company site and since I am a retired disabled veteran (Army) I wanted to support them. DO NOT BUY from this company and hope they get caught for scamming good people during these serious times.

I bought two mask. They claim they are us based but got a fake tracking number from China. If they truly are in the USA. I hope they end up in prison for taking advantage of people during the covid19. Thanks for stealing my money I hope prison serves you well
