my account got suspended because of KYC verification, they are not accepting my NIC and then I submitted my Passport pic they rejected and denied my KYC

This entire process is automated. Did you not send us a support ticket or make any effort to contact us? I ask because when this happens we usually ask our members to complete the process manually with us.
