I was unaware that when I signed up for the 7 day trial that I would be charged £44.69 for the next month WITHOUT an email reminder. This is a money making operation and please do NOT subscribe.

Hi Mrs Coupe, We're sorry to hear you were charged unexpectedly after a trial. We have investigated your issue and unfortunately could not find any evidence of the transaction you have referenced. Our 7-day trial starts on install of our AdBlock product. It does not ask for card information, so it cannot bill you automatically when it ends. We only take payment if someone later chooses to subscribe and enter their card information. We also do not currently bill any customers in pounds, and £44.69 is not an amount we charge for a month. There are several ad-blocking products with very similar names, and they are easy to mix up on a bank statement. If you can email us at [email protected] with the merchant name exactly as it appears on the charge, we will do our best to point you toward the company that billed you. Kind Regards, Adblock Labs
