There is no reason an expiration date…
There is no reason an expiration date so short should be put on the study guide package tests that are purchased. I am still studying and now don’t have access to them without having to purchase them AGAIN.
Response from A.D. BankerMay 29, 2025
We understand your frustration with the study guide package test expiration date. We appreciate your feedback and will review our policies regarding access to study materials. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

On boarding and instruction was non existent, had to call 4 times as it had frozen. 37 years as an agent and this was the worst of my CE experiences
Response from A.D. BankerMay 29, 2025
We regret that the onboarding and instructions were not helpful and that you had to call multiple times. We'll review your experience to improve our processes. Thanks for your feedback.

Money grab
When you pay for a class, you should be able to take the class at your own pace and not have to keep repaying every time your “time runs out.” With the amount of information you’re supposed to retain it’s wrong that they keep making you pay every 30 days. Blatant money grab by this company
Response from A.D. BankerMay 28, 2025
We understand your frustration with the model and the need to retain information. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We'll review your feedback to improve our users' experience.

Won't use again
The questions on the final prep exam are nothing like the questions on the chapter exams. The final 3 chapters of review were not at all helpful in studying for the final and took a lot of time for no added benefit. I have gotten the flashcards for the actual exam and those questions are also nothing like the questions on the study exam in A.D. Banker -as such, I am going to sign up with another carrier and go through their program to prepare for the exam and will not be recommending A.D. Banker to anyone. Thanks for taking the time to hear my opinion.
