A.D. BankerReviews of adbanker.com

questions were more difficult and not enough info provided for the questions either ; the trainer was more helpful and useful

After spending time choosing the classes and attempting to read the class, the pages started glitching. This went on for an hour prior to me calling customer service where they told me the "system was down until further notice". I had already paid and had a deadline to meet the following week. I had to start another site's class and wait to get reimbursed.

This course was not written in a way that it was easily understood. The practice exams were hard to read and understand what was being asked and finding the answers was next to impossible. The videos were impossible to follow along with as what was being said was too different from what was on the screen. No one can read and listen at the same time. I had to pay for a separate course just to learn the information.

very boring. more information than what is required.

Horrible Horrible Horrible

A two minute timeout is absolutely overkill. My state law requires activity in the module every 10 minutes, and AD Bankers modules time or after 2.

call center rude

There are several inaccuracies in the text and in one instance, the text directly contradicts itself in the very next paragraph. The company says that customer service is important, but their actions say the opposite. I contacted them with questions about some areas, and about the inaccuracies and contradictions in others and never heard anything in response. Nothing. Very difficult to learn when you can’t trust the material. Any uncertainty leads the student to doubt not just their understanding of the material but of the material itself.
