I was assigned the same Continuing Ed class that I took 2yrs prior by my Licensing dept. I took the course and then the State of FL said it did not count, as I could not take the same course back to back. You guys should have a pop up warning asking if I am sure I want to take that course again knowing some states do not allow it to renew your license. I ended up taking a different course with you to satisfy that requirement so ended up taking 2 times the amount of continuing ed that was required for my renewal. Simple programming could have prevented this error.

I passed, so that is great but there were an awful lot of things that were taught was not the information on the test... There were several questions on the test that I was like, wow, we never learned that at all and I made my best guess

Format was not very engaging. Some sections were extremely long and could have been broken up with quizzes and more videos to reinforce content retention. Videos also appeared dated and did not add any additional perspective or context.
