the site to get on did not come on in…
the site to get on did not come on in plenty of time to let me get in and i had problems so i called ad banker and by the time they guided me to get in i was late and DID NOT hear the instructions regarding the bullet points and I could not remember them and I kept asking what he was talking about and when I found out i was told i would have to take the class over again

2 months just isn’t nearly enough time…
2 months just isn’t nearly enough time to complete an 18 chapter course. ESPECIALLY when you have to pass tests at the end of each chapter!! This is not for slow learners or learners who want to actually take in the information. I was really let down bc I couldn’t complete it.

I received one or two wrong courses. I've instructed C. E. seminars in the past so I inquired about instructing webinars, twice. No response.
I received one or two wrong courses, which consumed time that could have been better used elsewhere.

Not enough time given
The expiration timelines for the courses are too short. As someone with a full time job and children, I was not able to complete the course within the time frame. I renewed once already and still couldn't complete it. I am waiting to renew again until I am certain I will be able to dedicate the time needed. It would be better if I could study at my own pace without feeling rushed. Additionally, the content is presented in a very dry and unengaging format. It was hard to stay focused and retain information.

Failed my exam twice after using their…
Failed my exam twice after using their program, falling short only in the state requirements. The massive text wall (almost 200 pages) was difficult to stay engaged with and retain the information. I wish there were more examples, updated and engaging videos, better explanations of policies, features, and terms. And for someone to fix the MT state specific chapters.

It’s better to take your money else where…
The real test is almost a complete opposite of what you guys have people do. Understandable that it cannot be an exact replication but you guys can get it close. Terrible use of my time and I learned a lot more through online portals and google.
