Great way to do your continuing Ed.
I do like an easy test. I didn't like that after submitting the test, there are no results. Just-you must have passed-now pay! Also I had problems with the tech part of it marking off what I had already covered. It skipped a bunch and I had to call to have it reset. I also notices a few questions that were NOT in the reading.

Provides great information
Provides great information. Great examples of different sceneriis. It also provide 10 question exams in each chapter to practice the knowledge we learned. Just a great experience overall.

I was given a wrong answer by customer…
I was given a wrong answer by customer service on which course to select to satisfy both P& C and Life and Heslth so I had to enroll in an additional course .

Overall a very good experience
The chapters were well developed, and the chapter tests were very good. I liked going at my own pace as it fir my schedule when I needed it to.

I was given incorrect information from…
I was given incorrect information from an AB Banker agent when selecting my CE courses on the phone 5/8/2025. I was told that the AML 90309 (5 hr) was not a conflict with AML refresher 98348 (1 hr) which was taken 8/8/2024. Texas Dept. of Ins says this is considered the same syllabus. Due to this issue I was required to take an additional 4 hours of CE's to comply with TX requirements. I took course 128259 4-Hour Annuity which was an additional $35.15 to satisfy my states requirements.

Good platform for most learning types
I really liked how it has options for almost all learning styles. There were topics on the test that were not in the content but I still passed. Would recommend.
