Web sight was down a lot of different days that I was trying to study. It didn’t always take me back to my most recent pages, so I would have to start at the beginning of a chapter several times. Frustrating but I managed to get thru the process.

Structure and clarity of study material was good however taking the test I would say that perhaps 50% of the questions on the test I had not seen anywhere in the study materials.

In general it’s a good system, but from my point of view some improvements can help users: 1- The system showed problem (low performance) and I tried to contact via chat ,to understand what is happening but no answer, just via e-mail. 2- Before to execute the exam, the system could be provide some trials and tests simulation, to get a better preparation to do the test. 3- The chapter about Cybersecurity, in my opinion, is too dense, with some technical details that in my evaluation isn’t necessary to an agent.
Response from A.D. BankerMay 28, 2025
We appreciate your feedback. We understand you experienced performance issues and a delayed chat response. We'll investigate improving our support responsiveness. We acknowledge your suggestion for exam simulations and will consider its implementation.
