Thanks for sharing your thoughts—we hear you. Our questions are designed to mirror real-world exam formats, which often use professional terminology and layered phrasing to reflect how concepts show up in practice. While simplifying can make things feel more approachable, it might not offer the kind of prep that sets students up for success when it counts. That said, we’re always open to improving clarity. If there are specific question styles or examples you felt were unclear, feel free to share—your input helps us strike the right balance between challenge and accessibility.

Thank you for your feedback, and we truly understand how disappointing it can be not to qualify for a reimbursement under our Guarantee Policy. Our Guarantee is designed to support students who meet a specific set of criteria in preparation for their state licensing exam. The full details are outlined on our website, but here’s a summary of the key requirements: - You must take and score at least 80% on the Guarantee Exam within 3 days of your first state licensing exam attempt. - The Guarantee Exam must align with your scheduled state exam and be taken only once. - It must be completed in a single sitting without using study materials or exiting the attempt. - You must submit your failing state exam score report to [email protected] within 14 days of the exam. After reviewing your account, it appears the necessary criteria weren’t met. As a result, we’re unable to issue a reimbursement under the policy. We appreciate you taking the time to reach out. If you have any additional questions or need help planning your next steps, we're here to support you.

We appreciate your feedback and time. We regret that the training wasn't engaging due to the text-based format and robotic audio. We'll review this to improve our online training.
