Had a few technical issues and the…
Had a few technical issues and the volume was annoyingly loud when watching the video lessons but otherwise I think it is a successful overall learning experience.

insurance agent course training
Theresa, the instructor was fairly knowledgeable and helpful of the course information. I think allowing/adding a few more days of study time before rushing to take the exam would be helpful. Taking the exam online was a nightmare for me personally, since there was incompatibility with my computer system and the online program. I got it sorted out but, ended up taking the exam 5 hours later than scheduled. I think going over what to expect with the online course in class would be helpful. I was under the impression that the course was also going to discuss or go over information of what can be expected when being employed as an independent or dedicated agent and what were the different fields to get into. However the course training did cover all the bases for the exam. Make sure to read all the chapters in the text book and acknowledge the material and multiple terms.

Mostly good. Some sugfestions

The topics were interesting
The topics were interesting. However, it was for a P&C license and there was a lot of Life & Health references. I learned a lot. The voice over or read aloud feature was great for me and helped me focus. However, it did not work on every page or read a different page while on a different page.
