Some of the slides did not match with the voice. It was kind of frustrating cause i would read along and it was repeating the last slide or not even close that what was on the slide. It needs to be updated.
Response from A.D. BankerJun 26, 2025
We appreciate you bringing the slide mismatch to our attention. We're sorry you experienced this frustration, and we'll review the content to ensure it's updated and accurate. Thank you for your feedback!

The content was really dense and what we were tested on in the chapter exams, was sometimes not included in the material that we had just read. I had to buy another course outside of this course just to break down the information given in your course. I will say that there was a lot of helpful information, it was just provided in hard to digest blocks. The mini quizzes within were great, except the ones where you had to match the answer to the options, and it was a drag and drop format, that was not user friendly on all devices.

We appreciate you sharing your experience. We're sorry the material felt dense and the exams included topics not covered. Please reach out to us directly with any content related questions or concerns. Thank you for your feedback.

The instructor was engaging, funny, and made class enjoyable. However, the language he used was very unprofessional. He cussed frequently. I finally messaged him and asked him to please watch his language. He did seem to try to correct it for the rest of class, but wasn't always successful. This kind of language would never be allowed at my job and I don't expect to hear it from my instructor either.
Response from A.D. BankerJun 20, 2025
Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate you bringing the instructor's language to our attention. We're sorry it detracted from your experience. We will address this with the instructor to ensure a more professional environment in the future.

Some of the info in later chapters was dry as ass. Please word things in a way that make more sense. Also, when budgeting time for each chapter, it would be tremendously helpful to know how many chapters / pages per chapter each lesson has. There’s no reason why that info should be hidden. Chap 11, 12, and 13, all went fairly quick, so I was shocked when chapter 14 was bigger than the prior 5 chapters combined. It F’d up my whole time budget for this program.
Response from A.D. BankerJun 20, 2025
Thanks for sharing your feedback—it’s always helpful. We're committed to making future chapters more engaging and clear. We also understand that having chapter length details would support better time management, and we're considering how to incorporate that moving forward. We realize the unexpected length of Chapter 14 may have disrupted your study flow and appreciate you flagging that.

The website was not easy to navigate. The test that are available are not necessarily for your license P&C vs. Life and Health..ect, this is confusing. The audio mostly works for reading the page but 25% of the time the audio would read the incorrect page. Lastly, I did have an issue with a test at the end. I took the rest but it took me emailing AD Banker for the test to register that it was complete, I kept getting an error.

We appreciate you sharing your experience. We're sorry the website navigation and test categorization were confusing. We are happy to see our customer service was able to submit your exam for you. Thank you for your feedback.

My personal experience was that too much irrelevant content was studied. The actual state test was much easier than studying the content and practice tests. Though I wouldn’t have passed my exam without taking the course. The practice test were worded extremely difficult opposed to the actual State exam. The automated voice was so monotone it made me tired and unable to focus. The voice from examples were far better as the voice brought me back into study mode and not tired. Lastly, the arrows that got to the next page are great but need an option to be taken away as some like to close their eyes and listen for self study. Not lazy but yet relaxed mode where one can take it all in without interruption. Individuals with certain disabilities such as reading comprehension would do much better with arrow elimination options and main voice change. Just the prospective from a former educator.

We appreciate you sharing your experience. We're glad the course helped you pass, even with its challenges. We'll review the practice test difficulty, monotone voice, and arrow options for improvement. Thank you for your feedback about A.D. Banker!
