If I had used only this training source for my IIBA-AAC certification test, I would have failed miserably. The simulated tests were nothing like the actual test. It was not even close. If I had not used other sources of training, the time I spent preparing for the test would have been wasted. Go elsewhere for your training needs.

I enrolled with AdaptiveUS and paid an additional premium specifically for the exam retake option, trusting that it would provide support if my first CBAP attempt was unsuccessful. Unfortunately, after failing the exam, I was informed that my paid retake would not be honored due to additional conditions that were enforced after payment. While simulation exams were later cited as mandatory, there was no formal readiness check or confirmation before I proceeded with the actual exam. I relied on the training guidance provided, completed all core materials, and acted in good faith. What was most disappointing was the lack of clarity and transparency around the distinction between a paid retake option and the success guarantee conditions, as well as the sudden closure of my learning portal access while the issue was still under discussion. Overall, the training content is somewhat useful, but I feel misled regarding the retake commitment. I hope AdaptiveUS improves transparency around pricing, conditions, and post‑exam support so future candidates can make fully informed decisions.

I appreciate that they provide a lot of resources to study and practice for the exams. However, there were endless grammar errors in the questions, which mostly created more confusion about the content. A lot of the practice questions had fundamental issues. The site provides a way to raise these issues, but they never get responses - or the ones that get responses with promises to fix the issues never actually get resolved (you can see issues raised from years ago with a staff responses promising to update the questions, but they questions are still the same when reviewed presently). Then, there's the customer support you contact via email. I mostly communicated with the Client Success Manager - Ava. This person would often take a rude tone in her emails, almost like she felt you were interrupting her day. If your job is to provide support to your customers, you shouldn't make it seem like it's such a chore to help/guide them when they need it. For what I paid for this service, I am quite disappointed with the experience.

Without sounding offensive and with all due respect, I have asked why I should be rating a service I am yet to receive? Isn't it deceptive?

The self study program is awful. The quizzes have extensive grammatical errors. The videos consist of the instructor basically just reading the study guide. When I complained about this they tried to upsell me and convince me to spend more money and enroll in a more expensive class.

Waste of money..

Not satisfied with the course provided. It is hard to navigate to the course, not user friendly. Moreover, it’s only a business strategy to buy all products. Wasted my money in paying 500$
