We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and strive to ensure that everyone who tries our product has a positive experience. Our support team exchanged over 60 emails with you to guide you through the setup process. Adaptify SEO is designed for agencies managing multiple client sites, making it perhaps not the ideal solution for single-site users. When you were charged after the trial, we recognized this mismatch and immediately processed a full refund.

You contacted our support team demanding the CEO’s personal contact information. When informed this violated our policies, you threatened to leave negative reviews. Even so, a member of our leadership team reached out to you directly. By that time, you'd already posted negative reviews and offered to remove them in exchange for free backlinks. We welcome honest customer feedback, but we don’t offer free services in exchange for reviews, nor do we ask customers to change negative reviews in exchange for free services. We’ve reported this behavior to Trustpilot and hope they will take appropriate action to prevent further misuse of the platform. – The Adaptify Team

Despite this, someone from our leadership team still reached out in good faith. By then, you had already posted multiple reviews and offered to remove them in exchange for free backlinks. We declined that request, as we do not negotiate under threats or provide services in response to extortion.
