⭐ 1/5 We used AcuGIS to host our PostgreSQL/PostGIS databases for our business. They encountered a problem with the DNS of the server hosting our databases. Communication during this period was extremely limited, and it ultimately took around four months before they provided us with a new server/DNS containing our restored data. Unfortunately, when we finally regained access, we discovered that the restoration was incomplete. The schemas and tables were present, but many of the tables that previously contained our company and project data were completely empty. In other words, the database structure had been restored, but a significant part of our actual data was missing. We contacted AcuGIS about the missing data, but received no response. Technical problems can happen, and that is not in itself the reason for this review. The problem is the combination of being without access to our business-critical databases for months, very limited communication, an incomplete restoration, and then receiving no response when we reported that data was missing. This incident has cost our company a considerable amount of time and money. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend AcuGIS for hosting business-critical PostgreSQL/PostGIS databases.
