The customer service is one if the best one i have dealt with, keeping me updated, emailing me straight back , nothing seemed too much to ask from them , sorted my problem out (which was my mistake) explained everything. Definitely 5 star. Vanessa who dealt with my problem was very professional , as originally it was my mistake that caused the problem, how Vanessa worded her emails back to me , didn't make me feel guilty on causing all the inconvenience
