I have given a one star review because that is the lowest I can give. DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! They will continue to take your money unless you notify your bank to halt any further payments. I emailed several times and they still continued to automatically take a payment from my account. PEOPLE BE WARNED, DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY.

I’m so disappointed they keep on sending me more stocks which I didn’t order, been trying to email them but failed. As of now they I received around 20bottles which I didn’t order, I would like to return all.

Hi Estrella, I'm sorry the bottles have been piling up. They're automatic refills, and they keep going until they're cancelled on the account page or by an email that reaches [email protected]. Write to that address with your order number, or ring +61 2 5831 2050, and the team will stop them and talk you through returning what you don't want.

I ordered 2 bottles but did not notice that there was a subscription. Upon being charged for another 2 bottles, I wrote to Actora (Adrian) and was told of their return policy (so rigid and ridiculous - it would cost me money to return the bottles). I ate the charge after being told that the subscription was now cancelled and I would receive no further orders. WRONG -- I now have a third FRAUDULENT CHARGE to my card. Only this time -- after 3 attempts to contact Adrian/Cust. Service -- No response. This company has proven to be a scam -- illegally charging additional products without authorization. It's criminal activity and they should be held accountable.

I ordered this product on a two-for-the-price of one” offer ($34.95). The next day I received an order confirmation which stated I was now enrolled as a monthly subscription customer. I immediately emailed them saying that was not the case, I never signed up for repeated deliveries and to cancel my subscription immediately. A full month later I got an email from “Adrian” in customer service stating that I would be removed from the auto-ship subscription if I paid the difference between what the 2 for 1 promo offer was and what the “usual” cost of the product. No where in his email did he state what that additional charge would be! The entire company is a bait and switch operation…offer one thing, sign you up for repeat deliveries w/o your consent and then try to hold you hostage by charging you an additional fee to opt out. A total scam! Avoid at all costs. I will be taking this up with the Better Business Bureau, Facebook for allowing scam businesses to operate on their platform and with Paypal so I am not charged for future unauthorized shipments.

Do not buy from here! I stupidly ordered 6 bottles. Only received 1 and no reply to e mails. I have sent several over the last few weeks but no reply. Obviously a scam that i will mark down to experience, but a bit gutted cause i wanted the product to be real! lesson learned

DODGY COMPANY!!! SCAM!!!! Tried this product as a one time purchase, only to have another package automatically sent and charged for the next month. I didn't sign up for the subscription, never received a confirmation email of purchase, and the second package arrived marked "teeth whitening device". Wish me luck as I try to track down the company!!! Ps. IT DOESN'T WORK EITHER!!! TOTAL SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY IT!!!!

Repeat orders come from the automatic refill option, which is on the product page next to one-time purchase and again at checkout. As for results, most of the change comes over two to three months of daily use.
