Sad to say but I have gotten caught up w/this mess of a company. They have very poor cs and online service. Trying to stop recurring payments even after I managed to cancel (or so I thought - jokes on me) has been a nightmare. I have nothing good to say about this company.

I would give it a zero. Easy to sign up, hard to cancel. Edits are so bad. Can’t even combine 2 photos, they just cycle back and forth putting my photo with an ai bot or my friends photo with a bot. Claims they have no way to put them together and I keep getting error messages. Waste of money, time and sanity. The literal worst . I do not recommend

I was very disabpointed that this great tool was shut down without any notice, leaving me and many others without a much needed service.

I was hopeful this was going to be a useful tool for managing chat requests on website. Never was able to use it and no support provided. I bought a lifetime deal on AppSumo in 2019 - five licenses. In January 2025, I tried to access my account and get everything set up and was unable to access my account or reach the login URL. I reached out the email address on the ActiveChat website footer (I have a screenshot - not sure if I can post email here) and received an auto-response that message failed to send because the account "does not exist." I then reached out to AppSumo support and received a message back that they would assist, including the line, "VIP AppSumo Plus member, we are moving your request to the front of the line!" I was soon going back and forth with AppSumo over January and February 2025, where AppSumo support said they would also reach out to ActiveChat directly and they would help me get this resolved. Several ActiveChat email addresses were also added to the AppSumo support chain. In February 2025 all communication stopped. I never once received a response from ActiveChat and AppSumo stopped responding to me in February, even though I have reached out a couple more times for a status update -- most recently 14 April 2025. I have now cancelled my AppSumo Plus plan and would not use ActiveChat product at all after this experience, as I do not trust it at all.

This investment is one that is the gift that keeps on giving. I got it for the bot and then realized all the other use cases that my clients will love. Iryna gave a great walkthrough and it sold me on it all over again. Immediately started planning out all these other ways I can customize and implement it to strengthen client relationships and results.

ActiveChat is an amazing chatbot platform. I love the way it integrates with Google Sheets, this offers so many cases uses. One of the most popular chatbots for my clients is a chatbot that confirms if a guest is attending to an event, once the guest type the telephone number The chatbot search in Google sheets and offer all the event details to the user, once he confirms the chatbot will update the sheet in real time, so cool. The visual flow builder let's you create conversations easily and also the integration with telegram is really nice. The Live chat feature will be released in few weeks and it will make ActiveChat even better. It is definitely worthy to try this tool.

The one and only chatbot platform that is very flexible. It's just like a lego block. You can build almost any kind of chatbot you can think of. The options are virtually unlimited !

A solid chatbot platform. With the competition in this space, it's not so easy to choose. What sold me on ActiveChat was the combination of a visual builder along with tools and integrations to go well beyond that. It also has a great community that I've been a happy member of, where the creator and team are actively involved. So a 5 star review seems well-deserved.
