Excellence!!! Joining Action Jackson Fitness has been an incredible life changing experience. I couldn’t have asked for better support and results. Jackson works diligently to provide his clients with the tools they need to be successful. His insights and support are invaluable. I found myself consistently thankful that I joined his program. Jackson is super knowledgeable and customizes each clients program to fit their specific needs. I decided to extend my program because of how awesome it has been for me, both mentally and physically. Couldn’t recommend Jackson more!!! Action is the difference!!!!

I was introduced to Jackson Bloore when I purchased my Tonal in December of 2021. About a year into using Tonal, Coach Jackson reached out to me after seeing a post I made in a Tonal Facebook group. We scheduled a call wherein Coach asked me what my fitness goals were and he spoke a little bit about his program after hearing about me. After a second call, he explained a little more about the program with additional details and pricing levels. I decided to make the commitment and jumped right in. I’m currently two days short of halfway through the 16-week program and could not be happier with my results! I’ve lost about 5-6% of my body fat while maintaining my muscle mass. This is a custom built program made for you! Yes, a bit of it is plug and play for Coach, but he doesn’t just insert you into the fold and off you go. He sends multiple nutrition plan options based on your current lifestyle and type of work you do (sedentary, active, on feet all day, etc) in order to get you to your goals SAFELY! He asks about any medical issues/limitations or injuries that need to be considered when designing your workouts, which he uploads directly into your Tonal account. He does custom weekly progress videos based on a form you’ll be asked to fill out weekly and everything is tracked and accessible through his app. The Facebook group for this program is absolutely phenomenal and filled with 100% supportive folks who are also going through the program or are legacy clients (continuing on after the initial 16 weeks). Coach Jackson is very responsive to any Facebook posts and usually comments on all posts. He’s super supportive. I can’t wait to see what my “final” results are after 8 more weeks and absolutely recommend this program for anyone looking to lose body fat and gain muscle.

Jackson has been a lot of help to me with my weight loss journey. I lost 50 pounds and was stuck. I joined his program and within the first couple weeks I was able to figure out what I was doing wrong and what changes I needed to make. I’ve lost another 46 pounds working with him and now have the tools and education I need to keep going and stay healthy. I highly recommend working with him and his team.

Jackson is more than a fitness coach, he’s a life coach and performance coach be it at sports or business - I always believed in healthy mind and healthy body. Jackson calls out my BS and holds me accountable on all fronts, he’s able to help me navigate life with its ups and downs both in fitness, relationships, and work stress. Top it all he’s a lot of fun to work with and be inspired by.

Coach Jackson has been great to work with. I started out reading his book and then joined the program and it’s reinforced the principles of achieving my goals. The workouts have been amazing and the diet plan has worked amazingly. I’ve lost inches off my waist and am stronger and better cut than I’ve ever been in my life. I highly recommend coach Jackson even if you’ve been working out and making progress like I was this program will light a fire and accelerate you to the next levels you didn’t know you could achieve.

Coach Jackson is amazing and the real deal when it comes to coaching and strength training. I am a 41 y/o busy physician working mother who had never consistently strength trained before working with Jackson. I used to be a cardio fanatic but I never achieved the physique goals I had by just doing cardio. Once I started adding weight training, everything changed! I still do cardio for cardiovascular health, but now balanced with strength. I've worked with Jackson for a year and a half. A year and a half of consistent strength training! I've lost weight and gained muscle mass, but most importantly, I've learned how to manage my nutrition by adjusting macros depending on what results I desire. Jackson provides me a monthly strength training plans and macros, and is available for questions or for a 1:1 session if I need it. He also hosts weekly group client sessions that are money, as you learn through discussions on questions that other people have, and you have an opportunity to ask questions as well. He is such an expert in the field and completely passionate about helping clients achieve the results they seek. I am loving working with him and if you are a woman and intimidated by strength training, he's your coach! You will not only love strength training after working with him, but it will become a necessary part of life! After all, strength training may actually be the true fountain of youth! Thank you coach Jackson!

Coach Jackson has been instrumental in changing my approach to fitness (and overall well-being)! In less than four months he’s helped me retrain how I think about and incorporate healthy behaviors (fitness, diet, positive self-talk) into a sustainable lifestyle. I have thoroughly enjoyed his hands on, personalized approach and am looking forward to working with him for years to come. I would highly recommend anyone who has doubted their ability to make progress in the past try working with Coach Jackson—you will not be disappointed.

Excellent experience with Coach Jackson. Extremely detailed information and it is personalized for your intention in your health and fitness journey - There is great value in the program and coach Jackson makes the experience well worth it. Virtual training is pretty incredible. Everything is tracked on the app that you get access to. Each week you’ll receive a weekly review that keep you on track, motivated and accountable. I went through this program at a time where I needed workouts that could help me maintain my current fitness and not have to think about building a workout because I just had a kid. Coach Jackson built me that program and it also complemented my running extremely well. I was able to use the workouts with so much ease by just logging onto the Tonal which was literally the most important thing for me at that time. Everything was thought out and carefully curated, including the grocery list. It’s a 16 week program and honestly I wish it was year round. The workouts were challenging for my fitness level and coach Jackson is literally always there when you need him. There’s so much you take with you after and since you have it all loaded onto the Tonal, you can repeat the program very easily. The app allows you to easily do these workouts in a gym too and to be able to track it, along with being able to sync your calories/macros, body measurements, and easy communication with Jackson. Would highly recommend to anyone interested. You will not regret it
