Know your limits.
Best of intentions but overreached on their capacity. I have a reproduction of a classic, not having the newer technology which can utilize computerized equipment to diagnose issues. They "tried to figure it out" with me bringing the car back 3 times but unsuccessful. Could have saved some credibility and been a trusted resource by recommending a shop which did have the knowledge, capacity and equipment to take care of me. I did find that shop and my car is now running great. If Action Jackson will ask me, I will gladly tell them who that is so they can forward to others in the future. People will really appreciate it.
