After just two months, I’m incredibly glad I took the leap in the investment. Between the structured roadmap, templates, and shared learnings, this program is a true accelerator, I estimate it cut at least six months off doing this on my own. It is completely action-oriented, and my confidence in reviewing deals and submitting LOIs has grown tremendously. The community is highly responsive and operates with a zero-gatekeeping, open-book culture. While it does cost money to join, the lessons you learn here will easily save you from making massive, expensive mistakes on your own. It has been a fantastic experience all around.

Still not done yet, and plan to stick around for a while. Ace is always around to help along the journey. The community also is there to guide you and give you virtual high fives as you make positive steps in the process. Ace is also around to advise if you find bumps along the way. I had a great experience. I was probably like many skeptical and also hesitant due to the price. But the biggest benefit is the network of people in the group and list of contacts. The app access provided to all members is very useful to stay connected and see the various deals. I was able to build relationships with many members and hear testimony and also see other investors share deals they have reviewed and recommend. Although some of the information can be obtained listening to YouTube videos and doing deficient research, the investment is worth it! But you need to put in the work and really follow the training and steps from the coaches.
