Taylor, We emailed twice to address your concerns but we didn’t hear back. Our pricing is usage-based, and the credits included in your plan have been fully used. We’d like to understand whether you would prefer access to your annual credits upfront and are still happy to find the best way to resolve this. Please check your email and reply when convenient. Thanks for your feedback. Due to significant abuse of the free tier, we had to limit exports to paid plans. However, you can still try the full creation experience, explore the available capabilities, and decide whether a subscription is right for you. We also aim to offer some of the best value among AI voice and content creation tools. Regarding the voice change issue, we’re not currently aware of any issue that would cause this. Acoust supports multiple voices within a single project, so it’s possible that more than one voice was selected across different sections. I’d recommend checking the voice assigned to each section in your project or reach out to us. Thanks!
