Beware of Decision Analysts. I totally agree with the other negative reviews. I did a survey for them on 8/7/26 and was promised a check for $60.00 in 1-2 weeks. It is now 5 weeks later and I still have not been paid. Decision Analysts confirmed that I completed the survey and told me they are having a "cash flow problem". Bottom line, I was never paid. It has now been 5 weeks. Phone calls and emails to Decision Analysts go unanswered. I would avoid these folks. Zero Star rating.

I took a survey for 900 points and got paid 50.

53 points for an involved twenty minute survey is insulting

It was too long of a survey for the points and this review has gotten to be a PIA.

one of the worst surveys I ever mdid/////f0r 99cents it took me 25 minutes...damn I good go out to the mall parking lot and find more on the ground. surveys under 1.00 should be no more than 4 minutes..additionally some of the questions are not sane....you should be ashamed of yourself....as my dad use to say IDIOTS and MOROONS don't grow on trees,they are self made....you did a good job

Done with this survey company now many surveys like one I just done took around 30 minutes to complete I completed it right to the end and got I didn't qualify and no points I'm sick of survey companies doing this they take your answers then won't pay for. Your time I'm deleting my account now no sign of cashing out soon anyway stuck on the same amount for nearly 1 year because I keep getting kicked off after doing it am done now keep the points I'm not wasting any more of my time

Been using this site for years taking surveys and getting paid without issues for the most part. Honestly was one of the best survey sites. Recently have started to have issues where I take a survey and finish the survey after 15+ minutes, but it says thank you for completing the screening questionnaire. Even after spending an hour taking a survey where I watch an episode of a show and give my feedback with the survey number at the end matches the email survey number. I assume they have a glitch on their site, but they just tell me I didn't qualify or it switched me to a new survey (which I never was notified of during the survey process if true). Does it make sense that I watch a whole 45 minute episode of an upcoming show and them am told I don't qualify??? That is my latest experience. Please fix your site and credit my account appropriately. Update 20260226 I have a ticket open with them still, but haven't gotten a response in over a week. They said that credit should be applied for the survey by the end of last week but no credit yet and no response after I followed up. Lowering my rating to 1 star until this is corrected.
