Thank you for sending me the template letter to fill out, send, and cancel our Hyatt Residence ownership before the 6 day deadline was up. Our membership was cancelled and our down payment has now been refunded. I would especially like to thank Madelin Allred for assisting us through this ordeal. Without her, we probably would not have made the deadline!!!! Thanks, Cindy D
