order placed 4th December still not arrived and no idea when it will. it allegedly is in US customs. I doubt I will see it. I think this is a dodgy site. AVOID

Not received item states been shipped back to States and unable to contact the company. DO NOT USE!!!!

Contacted the seller within an hour after placing my order, once I realised that they have charged me extra £3.29 and I found the same item cheaper in UK. Their policy states that order can be cancelled if it is not shipped. They constantly kept answering that it's too late to cancel that it's shipped but only now, 4 days later received shipment email stating that ir was shipped only today.

I ordered the patio cleaner back in august . This item has never arrived and after endless emails they are finally agreeing to issue a refund! Well I say a refund they want to deduct the shipping and part of the cost of the item shipped. I am absolutely disgusted that they think it’s okay for the customer to take the hit ! I have never been treated this badly by an online company. I would recommend people stay well clear of this company!

I've made an order for the hair curler I've no idea when it will arrive or how long it takes where it comes from . Have I been scammed?
