I purchased a bra that said 32ff. I received an XL. Obviously this was massive. The material was thin and so super stretchy it didn't lift or even support as described. The material was so thin that the weird small pads made my chest lumpy and look awful! What did the company do? Offered me £1 and informed me it would be far to much cost for me to send the item back as they would only receive it if I sent it tracked to china. But I could keep the item that didn't fit and wasn't as described or fit for purpose! I did get them up to £4 refund in the end.

I bought a bra and when I received it the bra was far too small and the quality was rubbish for the price paid. I emailed the company several times asking to return the bra and for a refund. They offered me a compensation payment of £4 but refused for me to return the bra and refused full refund.

Refused to give me a refund for goods that were not sized correctly. Poor customer service.

I ordered 3 Bras, what a Joke, I went up a Size just in case and can't even get them on !!!!! Have asked to Return them and have a Refund. No chance they don't let you return items, they offered me £2.00 what a Joke, now they won't even answer my emails. DONT BUY FROM THRM

False advertising!!! Poor quality and sizing massively off. I am a size medium but ordered a large just in case but they are still far too small. I requested to return the order and be refunded but was refused, their reasoning was the size ordered had been delivered! But the size ordered was not even close to accurate sizing despite following their sizing guide. I was told no refund would be issued and to give my order to a friend instead!! Appalling lack of accountability on their part and they should be avoided at all costs. Total waste of money.
