We were told our move from Utah to New York would take 21 business days. We were never told it would be outsourced to another carrier. Our furniture was picked up July 12 and not delivered until October 9, nearly three months later, and we had no furniture that entire time.
Victoria, George, and Carlos were all extremely unprofessional. Getting an answer from any of them required weeks of follow-up, and they would rarely speak on the phone. At one point we were told there was an office fire, which we checked and found was not true. Another point our goods were allegedly in North Carolina, after countless follow-ups we found out it was in Utah still as of September. After that, communication stopped from George and Victoria.
I would not recommend ACN to anyone, they are scam artists.

DO NOT TRUST ACN
DO NOT TRUST ACN — No Matter How Nice or Reassuring They Sound on the Phone
My experience with ACN was absolutely unacceptable, particularly when it came to customer service, communication, and the promises made regarding my belongings.
My advice to anyone considering this company: DO NOT TRUST what you are told over the phone. Get absolutely everything in writing. This especially applies to my dealings with Jim Brock, Victoria, Carlos, Jonathan, and anyone else you speak with regarding your move.
Approximately one week before my belongings were supposed to be delivered, communication essentially stopped. My texts, emails, and phone calls went unanswered. I could not get anyone to provide me with clear information about where my belongings were or when I would actually receive them.
Victoria specifically told me that my belongings would be stored in a climate-controlled storage facility in Clearwater, Florida, my new city. That did NOT happen. My belongings were left in Charlotte, and despite repeatedly asking, they refused to tell me where they were being stored.
If you decide to use this company, AIRTAG EVERYTHING. I cannot stress this enough. You should know where your possessions are, especially when the company responsible for them will not give you that information.
I was guaranteed delivery on September 3 or September 4. My belongings did not arrive until September 19 — more than two weeks after the dates I was given.
The lack of communication made an already stressful interstate move significantly worse. When a company has possession of someone’s personal belongings, a customer should not have to repeatedly call, text, and email just to find out where their belongings are.
I would also be extremely cautious about the other moving companies ACN uses as brokers or to handle portions of the move. Before handing over your possessions, find out exactly which company will physically have them, where they will be stored, and who is actually responsible for delivering them.
The people I dealt with could sound incredibly nice, helpful, and reassuring on the phone. Do not mistake that for reliability. My experience once they had my belongings was completely different.
DO NOT TRUST VERBAL PROMISES. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING. AIRTAG EVERYTHING. SAVE EVERY TEXT AND EMAIL. DOCUMENT EVERY PHONE CALL AND EVERY PROMISED DELIVERY DATE.
Based on my experience, I would NEVER use ACN again.

Horrible Horrible
Horrible Horrible. American carrier network, Victoria, coner, Gorge and others, they are scammed. Don't hire this company. Its look like a charging cheap price then other moving companies but more expensive then well kown moving companies when you paid deposite to her after that Victoria( Broker) don't care about you. She is fraud. Please don't ignore bad reviews, those reviews are genuine and 100% true. I ignored all those reviews and hire this Company for moving but I also had a worst experience like whatever people explained in their reviews.
All those good reviews company people wrote by their self, their family and their friends. Believe me. Believe me
Hire well known moving company. Trust worthy. first its look expensive but 100 time better then who say they are offering cheap price for moving. Don't trust them. American carrier network is scam and fraud.

Damaged Belongings and Weeks of Ignored Follow-Ups
I strongly recommend that anyone considering this carrier think twice before trusting them with their belongings. My experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish, and the way this situation has been handled has left me questioning the transparency, professionalism, and integrity of their business practices.
When I initially chose this company, I trusted George, who was my primary point of contact throughout the process. I felt comfortable moving forward based on the conversations and assurances I received. I later learned that George is Victoria's significant other, and unfortunately, that connection made the lack of follow-through and communication even more disappointing given the level of trust I had placed in them.
From the beginning, the move was not handled as promised. I was not made aware that my shipment would be subcontracted, and I later discovered that a third-party carrier was involved. This lack of transparency was concerning, especially when trusting a company with valuable personal belongings. The process felt unclear and, at times, misleading.
Unfortunately, the issues continued. My belongings arrived damaged, and I was left dealing with the consequences of a move that was not handled with the level of care and professionalism I expected. Items I trusted this company to safely transport were damaged, creating additional stress and frustration during an already difficult transition.
After attempting to resolve the matter directly, I filed a claim with American Express due to the lack of progress. Shortly after that, Victoria contacted me directly and asked me to rescind the claim, assuring me over email that the company would issue a full refund. I acted in good faith and withdrew my claim based on that commitment.
It has now been three weeks since that conversation, and despite repeated attempts to follow up - including multiple calls, voicemails, texts, and emails to both Victoria and George - I have received no confirmation, no refund, and no meaningful response.
What has been especially concerning is the pattern of communication. I even called from a different phone number, and when it appeared to be a potential new customer inquiry, I received a callback within 10 minutes. Unfortunately, I missed that call and attempted to follow up afterward, but I never received another response. Meanwhile, as an existing customer trying to resolve an outstanding issue, I have been met with silence. This experience left me feeling that acquiring new business is prioritized over supporting current customers and honoring commitments already made.
The entire process has felt extremely unorthodox and, frankly, concerning. Mistakes can happen in any business, but what defines a company is how it responds when things go wrong. Unfortunately, I have not experienced accountability, transparency, or a genuine effort to make things right.
Frustration is only one of many words I would use to describe this experience. A moving company is entrusted with some of the most personal and valuable items people own, and that responsibility should be treated with care, transparency, and integrity.
I take responsibility for trusting this company in the first place, but I hope others can learn from my experience. I cannot recommend this carrier and would strongly encourage anyone considering using them to do extensive research, ask detailed questions, and document every commitment before moving forward.

If I could give zero stars
If I could give zero stars, I would. This was the worst moving experience I have ever had.
I called for a last-minute, same-day move and was very clear that the move needed to happen that day. They took down a detailed inventory of everything that needed to be moved and spoke with their dispatch team, who agreed to send a truck and provided a tentative arrival time. The quote was extremely expensive, but because I was in a desperate situation and they were willing to help on short notice, I agreed without negotiating and paid the required deposit.
When the movers failed to arrive, I repeatedly called for updates. Four hours later, I was informed that the driver had decided not to come.
The company knew I had to vacate my apartment before midnight, and because the cancellation came so late, I had no realistic opportunity to find another mover. As a result, we loaded whatever we could into our car and were forced to leave the rest of our furniture behind.
Although the situation was incredibly stressful, I understood that last-minute scheduling can be difficult and initially tried to be understanding. However, when I contacted them the next day to request a refund of my deposit, they repeatedly made excuses and ultimately blocked my number.
The company canceled the service—not me—so refunding the deposit should have been the bare minimum. Refusing to provide the service, keeping the deposit, and then blocking a customer instead of addressing the issue is completely unprofessional and unethical.
Based on my experience, I strongly recommend choosing a different moving company.
