The items that arrived after what seemed to be forever, came in flimsy plastic bags with no padding. One jewelry came broken, the other two broke upon trying them on. I am not happy with the purchase and would have returned them but it wasn’t worth my time trying to get a refund. Pretty pieces, poor quality.

Honestly, I was very disappointed with Acmefun. The dress that I ordered took 2 months to arrive. When it arrived, the dress was poor quality and damaged. Additionally, the order was incomplete. Worse yet, I was held responsible for the cost of return shipping (internationally).

Actually mail out what I ordered. Never received the item or an update about the non delivery.

I have not receive my order yet and it’s been almost 2 month. The shipping company or logistics that your store use it’s not proactive, takes too long to deliver and I still haven’t receive my order because it was sent back to destination.

If you are from United States please DO NOT order from this website. Delivery was super slow and if you have to return something you have to paid for shipping which is like 140 dollars

Never got my item, reached out to the vendor and they told me it would come. I expressed my con because the tracking was not updated. It’s been over 10 days past delivery and I’m still struggling to get a refund. People don’t shops here there are other vendors that sell the same products
