Unfortunately this company never replied to my email when I contacted them to request a return, which they seem to do to others according to all the reviews I’m reading. Their website says returns are accepted if you contact them within 7 days of delivery, which I did, and it’s been over a week now and I have yet to hear back from them. I keep checking my inbox as well as my spam folder for good measure. I even tried emailing with a completely unrelated question to test if they would respond to that one, and surprise surprise, they DID respond to that email, meaning they willingly chose to ignore my return request. I see others are having the same issue, so I encourage everyone to start reaching out to class action lawyers about this, and open a claim with your bank to get your money back. Be sure to send screenshots of everything, including other reviews on here. Not only is what this company doing morally wrong, I truly believe we have grounds for a lawsuit so that they won’t keep scamming people out of their money like this. I contacted a few lawyers already but the more victims who contact lawyers, the better. EDIT: I still never got a response from Acmefun despite what they said in their response to this review. They are lying to customers and trying to hide it.

I have messaged the company mutiple times due to an order I put in ! I have yet receive a email back and really just want to cancel my order. I honestly feel as if I’m getting scammed out of my money

Literally the worst experience and will never order from this site again and you guys shouldn’t as well. I literally placed an Order on August 28th for my birthday event on October 13th. As 2 weeks went by I noticed there was no shipping update or any update at all about the garment. I had to contact them atleast 3-4 times before I got a response stating that my garment shipping usually takes time being that it is handmade and I was very understanding. It is now September 27th and I just received an email stating that they are not sure when my product will be shipped and with that being said, I will have no garment and my birthday is completely cancelled and ruined due to this inconvenience. I would have greatly appreciated if this information was stated to me before hand so I would have the idea to buy a back up dress or not purchase from them at all.

Do not buy from These guys please !!! Before buying consider the wait time and the price they ignore any correspondence and the quality is terrible once here if you get it at all x

Completely ignored multiple cancellation requests.

Absolutely disgraceful company. Placed an order in May, chased its delivery status in June as it was for an event and was assured that it would be delivered no later than 4th July. It’s now 15th August and have only just received notice that it is being shipped. “Customer service team” very unhelpful and rude.

This company does not follow their own return policy posted on their website. Will not respond to any of my requests to return an item. Drop shippers and scammers, do not order from this place!

I ordered the Lason Rhinestone Sheer Fringe Body Suit and I was only able to wear it one time. The fringe on the bottom was falling off all night just as I was walking and the purple shells by the armpits rubbed off on my arms leaving my arms purple and the shells not longer having any color. When I reached out to customer service to let them know that their product didn’t even last one use, they only offered me a $15 compensation. For a $230 item, I would like to have gotten more than one use out of it. Do not buy from this company unless you want to be ripped off.
