I want to thank the entire team of Acme Carpet One Floor. The easy part of replacing the floor in your home is making the decision to replace it. The floor looks worn, you know it needs to be replaced and of course you saved for it. (I replaced the carpet in a small bedroom and linoleum in a half bath). BUT going into a flooring store is overwhelming (even though I brought my cousin with me for her expertise)- so many choices. Steve from Acme did a great job of doing an "intake" assessment. Asking me the questions that helped me narrow down the choices and point me in the right direction. The team that came to install my flooring (Pete and Doug) did an amazing job on the installation. They arrived on time and were very polite and professional. I plan to go to Acme Carpet One again for my future floor purchase.

We are new to a Lunenburg, Ma., having moved here from South Carolina. I was so fortunate to have found this business.. the gentleman that sold me the tile for a bathroom, a hallway and utility room was very patient as he explained all options to me. They were very prompt in the installation too. And regarding the installation: the two gentlemen that were in my home for 3 days could not have been more professional or kind. I actually missed them when the job was finished! I plan to frequent this business as we continue to update our new home.

We are second generation Acme customers! My dad wouldn't go anywhere else for our flooring needs when I was growing up. My husband and I have always shopped at Acme for all of our flooring needs since buying our home 34 years ago as well. From wall to wall carpeting to area rugs to runners and most recently to replace flooring in our guest bathroom we have always been totally satisfied with selection and installation. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! Everyone is so helpful and installation is done with such care and pride!!!

Great bunch of people to work with from start to finish nothin but professional

I frequently go here to change out the remnant rugs in my house. With two toddlers, three dogs and a cat I can avoid worry about the mess because the price is reasonable and the quality and style are so good. The staff is helpful- and always helps me secure the rug in my car.
