Been waiting a month and a half for an ink pen. It has been "resent" twice and customer service is a joke. Do not buy from these people. They will take your money and add more money to it that isn't mentioned at checkout just for you to never receive your item or a refund. Thieves

They constantly send updates on where your package is. All the way through customs, to distributors, to you mailbox. It was really re-assuring where/when/what was happening at all times. Oh, and the product is awesome.
