AC InfinityReviews of acinfinity.com

Placed an order on their website which was cancelled with very limited explanation, to add insult i paid via PayPal and AC infinity won't refund my money for an order they cancelled. I've now gone though the claim process with PayPal which AC infinity have failed to respond. Not only did they cancel my order but now won't give me my money back. Everyday they hold onto my funds is further to my lawsuit for loss of earnings from my money!

I will never buy anything from AC Infinity ever again! They have garbage products and their customer service is even worse!! They have cost me more time and money than I can even explain. The zippers won't close on the tent and the seams literally ripped out! And they didn't care in the slightest! They were very rude and condescending and couldn't care less that they sent me a garbage tent! They don't have quality products or service, it's all just marketing! DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY! THEY HAVE GARBAGE PRODUCTS AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Why should clients pay for your mistakes, I’ve had nothing but bad experiences ordering from you guys, 4 months to receive a product that is already paid for is unprofessional! This leaves my company affected not yours!

Long wait for shipping. I have two orders still waiting for both to ship to me. No update.

Brought an ac infinity dehumidifier after a while it stopped auto cutting off and will now only pump out vapour continuously. This wasn’t the first problem I had with the unit which spits water and leaks from the spout and had to but a bucket underneath to catch the water. After numerous back and forth with the agent who kept asking for information I’d already given. I the end I gave up as it felt they were reluctant to help and just made me jump through hoops. So I’ve brought a different brand. They should have spent less money on aesthetics ( they do look nice) and more on the unit functioning as advertised

Completely misunderstanding and trying to move on without actually listening and getting to my problem.

This company is hot trash. Don't jump on the band wagon. Do your research look around? There's way better companies than this one And they're shipping takes way too long, especially since we pay to have it shipped, if they're going to take that long to ship something, they should eat the shipping cost but they won't, and they won't do anything for you. This company is horrible I will never buy anything from them again I have found vivosun Has better products better customer service. And you actually get your product within 2-4 days of ordering And both companies are based in the same state But there are other and better companies then AC trash

I wish I could give zero stars. I was ready to convert my entire grow over to all ac infinity products starting with the t3 humidifier. Placed my preorder on the 29th of December and it was supposed to ship out February 10th. Well February 10th came and went without a peep from ac infinity. I waited a week and emailed them asking about my order only to be totally ignored. I waited another week after the email and then personally called them and the guy fed me a line about their stock shipment not coming in on time and I’d probably have to wait another month before I get my order. I was fine with that, I just wanted to know what was going on. Funny thing is, after I talked to him, my order shipped out a few hours later. ALL LIES. Anyway, I finally get my t3 humidifier a week later and it doesn’t even work correctly, after all the waiting and lies, they sent me a broken humidifier. I bought it specifically to put on the outside of my tent but the hose that attaches to the top literally just fills up with water and the humidity thermostat prob doesn’t read anything. Nothing works, when you plug it in, it just keep running and never stops. My grow was a complete swamp. So I tried to contact them to get a return and refund and now they’ve ghosted me completely. Absolutely unacceptable. I was looking so forward to converting everything over to their products with their reputation and all the glowing reviews but they screwed me hard and dgaf about it. Stay away from this company, they absolutely suck.
