AC Infintity customer service has disappeared. Not sure what happened, but it seems like the customer service agents care more about the next call then actually providing service. AC only cares about you when you want to use their product, they will bend over backwards for products you already have (prior to July 2024) as everything experience since then has been awful. Awful enough to change everything in 1of the 2 tents i use from them and next year ill change the 2nd tent as well. As soon as they know your not happy they try to get to the next call. Maybe getting actual customer service agents who know the products rather then people like Veronica who don't care. thank you for your service lately it opened my eyes to all the great other companies that work with each other

No clear communication, dragging your feet! I have had this unit for 2 weeks now and I still do not have any power cords!!!!

Normally great experience but my last order was shipped to Nuremberg instead of Munich and AC Infinity did nothing since 3 months to help with theblost parcel. I purchased via PayPal and filed a case which I missed to escalate (wasnt aware). After calling PayPal they said it is a pitty, the issue is clear and AC Infinity owes me my 205$ but they cant help me anymore because I didnt escalate. AC Infinity in meanwhile keeps telling me that they nees to wait for UPS to resolve... Shipping was >70$ and I am aware that probably UPS messed up but I cant get in touch with them as AC Infinity is their contractor and can only get in touch. Now I am stuck with no items and no refund = Lost customer.

worst zippers in the grow tent game, will get caught on interior flap, the design of the flap is meant to keep light out but it doesnt even do that, so it just gets the zipper stuck, rebranded china made garbage.

They raised their prices 10%+ the week before Black friday... That's just scummy.

Cloudray S6 not covered under warranty after less than 6 months of use. Fan blade broke with less than 1lb of pressure while cleaning the dust off.

2 inline fans malfunction within warranty. Complained and tried swapping them. No out of warranty and can't do anything. Cheap Chinese fans and scam American company selling them. Stay well clear !!!!

Buyers and fellow growers beware. Made a purchase of a couple inline fans, had to cancel the order and have been waiting 3 weeks for a refund. I have since decided to get rid of the 5 ionframe 8's and other ACinfinity equipment and moved to Mars Hydro. If a company is this weak on a small refund you will get screwed sooner or later from them BEWARE! Customer Support is GARBAGE
