Brought AC Infinity grow tent that was supposed to have two year warranty. Company will not honor warranty from the date I bought the unit that was brand new in a unopened box. They claim warranty started the day the company that resells their equipment bought the unit. If a company sells equipment to be resold in a store the warranty should start the day the customer bought the unit not the day the store bought it! Unless they make this right I will not be recommending AC Infinity tents and equipment to anyone & will tell my story to anyone that asked about my experience!

I ordered from AC Infinity and had a frustrating experience. My order was delayed without shipping updates, and when it finally arrived, one of the three packages was missing. I have video and photo proof that I only received two, yet AC Infinity refuses to send a replacement until UPS completes an investigation. Instead of taking responsibility and making things right, AC Infinity is making me wait indefinitely with no guarantee of a resolution. I expected better customer service—if something goes wrong with your order, be prepared for a headache.

Trotz hoher Preise liefern sie eine minderwertige Qualität, die weder den Erwartungen noch den eigenen Versprechungen des Herstellers gerecht wird. • Luftbefeuchter: Hergestellt aus extrem dünnem und billig wirkendem Material. Bereits nach kurzer Zeit traten Undichtigkeiten auf, und letztlich versagte das Gerät komplett. Für den Preis eine absolute Zumutung. • Grow-Zelte & Stangen: Die Verarbeitungsqualität lässt stark zu wünschen übrig. Das Material ist fehlerhaft und lichtdurchlässig – ein No-Go in diesem Bereich. Zudem sind viel zu viele Öffnungen vorhanden, die nur schwer abzudichten sind und den praktischen Nutzen der Zelte erheblich einschränken. • Abluftanlagen: Ein besonders gravierendes Problem: Von einer gekauften Abluftanlage sind bereits drei Geräte defekt gegangen – das spricht für massive Qualitätsmängel und mangelnde Langlebigkeit. • Ersatzlieferungen: Selbst wenn man sich auf einen Austausch einlässt, wird es problematisch. Importierte Ersatzteile wurden vom Zoll beschlagnahmt, was zusätzlich Zeit und Geld kostet. Fazit: AC Infinity wirbt mit Qualität, liefert aber minderwertige Produkte zu überhöhten Preisen. Wer langfristig funktionierende Lösungen sucht, sollte sich nach Alternativen umsehen.

Customer service rep (Erica) spoke with me over two days assuring me that AC Infinity would help with a fan that stopped working properly in less than a year. After two days of back and forth, after explaining previously l did not have a receipt and this was a gift, Erica sent me a generic message stating that because l had no invoice or receipt, the company would not send out a replacement. I never asked for my fan to be replaced, l asked for assistance with a broken product. They didn’t even offer to send a coupon to buy another fan in attempts to keep a customer. Poor customer service in a huge industry. I’ll take my money elsewhere. If anyone actually reads these reviews, do better.

After almost 2 months of communication and all sorts of screenshots and videos, I was sent a device but it was held by customs. And their answer is that this product is not from AC Infinity even though the seller on Amazon presents their name and that they are only now noticing that?? This communication started with Amazon. It's just ridiculous that people would try to make me look stupid for making a mistake

Also ich habe mir mal erlaubt etwas anderes zu kaufen als mars hydro und ich wurde nicht nur enteucht ich bin völlig sprachlos was für eine drecks firma das ist 2 scheren bestellt die ich vorher schonmal bei temu bestellt habe die scheren von ac sind völlig krum und schief angekommen der griff ist komplett verzogen und das für ne schere die 20€ kostet naja kann man wenigstens wider 1 herstellen bei seite packen will garnicht wissen was für ein verzogenes produkt ich erhalten hätte wen ich einen akf bestellt hätte oder luft befeuchter nicht epfehlenswert die firma kauft lieber bei mars hydro oder spider farmer

Quality and customer service has gone down significantly in the last few years. I’ve gone through 3 $150 humidifiers And the support you receive when reaching out is sub par and condescending, at least that was my experience. Feels like another big company taking advantage of the Cannabis industry.

I ordered from this company because they have quality products i love the equipment but the wait time to receive your product is insane my package sat in California for days on end and when i emailed to inquire what the issue was they just marked my order as shipped when it wasn’t my inline fan my controller and my oscillating fans have all went bad just because ive had them in use for awhile so i needed new equipment i expected to have my $400 order in a timely manner but unfortunately due to not receiving my products i ended up with powdery mildew and bud rot due to humidity being so high so not only did i not receive my order in time my entire crop is now garbage i really don’t know what else to say other than if you want your stuff quick then order somewhere else because they drag there feet on your order even if you spend a large amount of money i don’t think the people there understand or realize that your plants are like your pets they need top notch care for the environment to be dialed in and yes ofcoarse these products that are sold here are the best i agree but it seems to me they don’t grasp that concept of when you order it needs to be out the door asap we depend on you and your products unfortunately I had to cancel my order and dispose of $220 worth of just seeds alone pretty disappointed to say the least
