Had a structural failure of several D1 corner pieces fpund after tearing down a tent to move to another location. Support got back to me in 1 day (it was the weekend) and the total interaction and turnaround time for replacements was very quick. As a former IT Helpdesk Manager, I am HIGHLY impressed with the level of service. I thought about buying equipment from other brands in this industry, but the support crew's excellent service shut that thought down.

I have brought many products for my indoor grow room from various company’s over the last 20 years or so but never have I come across a company like A C INFINITY after sales (first class) well done I can’t praise you high enough not only is the ec fan I brought from you a great bit of kit with a 2 year warranty but when I reported a problem with the oscillating you did not hesitate to bend over backwards to send me a replacement.I’m inline to buy 2 new led light fixtures soon but never considered led infinity I was looking at migro led lights but now I know how good your after sales are I think it’s going to be the infinity light…..Gary
