I've been using AC Infinity products in my grow tent for a while now and they're the best. My CloudRay Oscillating fan stopped oscillating and I contacted AC Infinity about my warranty not remembering that I purchased it back in 2022..it's been a very awesome reliable fan. My warranty had expired 😬 but Gabe and the incredible folks at AC Infinity said they would replace it for me anyway. Who does that these days. I am loyal for life. They are and remain the best in the field for the home horticulturalist and their customer service is second to none.

I had the pleasure of working with Trevor regarding an issue I was experiencing with my fan. From the start, Trevor was very attentive and took the time to listen carefully to the problem I described. He made sure to stay in communication throughout the entire process, providing updates and reassuring me that he was actively working on a solution. Not only was he knowledgeable, but he was also incredibly friendly and patient, answering all of my questions and explaining things in a way that was easy to understand. His professionalism and helpfulness made a potentially stressful situation much easier to handle. I truly appreciated his dedication and support—he went above and beyond to ensure my issue was resolved.

I went with ACI from the start because I was impressed with the automation they were bringing to the hobby. Any issues that have been encountered, have been immediately addressed and resolved. I can’t remember recently experiencing this level of excellence in customer service. I currently have 4 complete ACI setups (I’m recently retired) and have been totally satisfied with the entire ACI experience. I cannot imagine using anyone else. Totally recommend them.

I Hade a Problem with my Vent Cloudray S6. The experience with the Ac Infinity Service was pefect. I cant tell anything bad about the service. I definitly had the feeling that the service is very interrested in finding the best Solution for the Customer. I send an video of the damage and the bill and now they send me a new vent. the Answers came within one day and is very fast. So i have a very good Experience. and at the End i would say a big Thanx to Nick the Man who helped me.

ACI has great products and great customer support! All items produced at a mass scale can have an issue here or there. How a company handles those issues is what separates them. ACI TEAM ROCKS! THANK YOU! #SYD FOR PRESIDENT!

Reps are always helpful and competent. Nathan was great. AC Infinity has the best service in the industry, and they've proven it over and over. Top notch!
