Went from not posting negative product reviews on their site, to scrubbing reviews entirely off their site. Their equipment is overpriced low end trash from china, their controllers are programmed with limitations that make absolutely no sense. Their UIs plug is a fire hazard. When I wrote them to inform them that their product was a safety hazard, their response was essentially "plug it back in and prove it." Horrible, dishonest company with very mediocre products.

Terrible products which break down rapidly, they wont last the warranty period then you’ll need to scramble for replacements mid grow and do RMAs, you can’t function like that. My lights died in 14, 9, 8, 16 month spans. I’m done with these jokers, shop with a real brand not some profiteer goofs selling china trash.

I received the broken extractor, and they don't even respond to emails, I tried to contact them but nothing, no response.

I brought many products from this company where there was an issue with a quality control of the screws. So, I reached out to the company, sent them receipts of the products, photos and asked for them to send me the replacement screws. They informed me that since I was not in US, I would need to pay $80+ for the delivery costs. I could not believe their response. £60 for a few screws that was a quality issue. They simply refused to budge and not help.

I dont ever write reviews, and I doubt this will help others expose the truth, but Ac infinity is trash and their customer service is horrible. I truly believe this company is using bots or employees to run positive reviews and finding YT'ers that will only talk positive to display their trash. I have all of their grow gear and for multiple rooms. Their equipment run different numbers. Example, two if the controllers in the same room, same spot and right next to each other show different temps. Even putting the units in a shoe box to test, they still display different readings. This was tested with 3 of their units. So, accuracy is not there with their gear. Customer service is absolutely trash. I have e one of their power banks, and it's shorting out when moved while plugged in. I explained this to customer service and they want me to take video proof of the issue. What kind of company is going to ask for video proof of a customer having issues with a product? I will give it to them, but what a slap in the face.. Buy a product, it doesnt work, and the company doubts you and makes you jump through 20 hoops just to resolve it. Customer service is horrible. 3 times now I've paid an arm and a leg for 2 day shipping on their site, but it arrives 5+ days later. Just yesterday, I contacted support because of an order I played 7 days ago. It was two day shipping. Kenney from support said it was my fault because I orderd on the weekend and didnt check their busniess hours before ordering and they are closed on the weekends. Instead of offering anything such as refunding the 2 day shipping, he offered to cancel the order and contiue to say that I need to check business hours of companies when ordering online... Thats not customer service and I swear they act like Ai. If your gonna give this company your money, I'd advise buying from Amazon so you atlas get Amazon's customer service and dont expect to run and entire operation from their gear. Its meant for one tent only so you dont see the discrepancy in their gear readings. Ac Infinity lost my busniess for ever and they really need to stop paying people to write fake reviews. Its all fake hype folks, I promise!

Total shit gear...replacements needed constantly, replaced fans, heater, 3x probes...probe readings are way off, 8inch exhaust fan wont even draw out the humidity on level 10 according to the readings..absolute crap

Habe mir den T8 inlinelüfter gekauft inkl XXL AKF 200mm durchmesser. Der Lüfter mit seinen Beworbenen 39dB ist eine Bodenlose Lüge nicht mal mit je 3m Iso Schlauch und einem 110cm langem Schalldämpfer das 500MhZ Fiepen ist eine qual und ist selbst mit Alubutyl nicht in den Griff zu bekommen. Der AKF ist ebenfalls billiger Schrott und man riecht sehr viel lieber man Investert 50€ mehr und gönnt sich ein PrimaKlima oder sonst Bewährte Hersteller.. Fazit Abluftanlage ist absolut Schrott und ich Bereue den kauf zu Tiefst
