AC InfinityReviews of acinfinity.com

I want to start by saying AC infinity is hands down the most stress free business I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. The operators Vanessa and the gentleman that helped me before her were both on top of any questions or problems I had. I bought a humidifier and something went wrong with it but this team sent me out another directly after emailing my warranty information to them. Thanks again Vanessa and team that helped! You all rock and I recommend AC infinity to anyone looking for high end affordable equipment that WORKS!✨✌🏼

Ashley took and processed my information and problem in a timely matter and resolved Issue promptly. Thank you Ac infinity customer service Your a quality company that cares about its Customers and concerns.

This company always delivers excellent state-side support. If you ever have a problem with equipment these guys still deliver the good old US-Of-A. "Take care of your customer" approach!! A 2 year warranty is unheard of these days but they stand by their products and I will never shop anywhere else!

This is possibly the greatest customer service from any grow company out there. They make my plants happy so I’m happy and my wife is still mad,

Fix the problem without any issues great communication over helpful never seen anything like this. Thank you for having the best understanding customer service this is why I stand by this company and tell others about it thank you so much.

They did some troubleshooting on the equipment in question and when none of it worked they promptly placed a replacement order for me free of charge.

The customer service was very polite and understanding. Their communication was great and responsive. They went an extra mile to help solve my issue.

We had a minor issue with one of the controllers but Erica made it an easy issue to resolve!
