I had a problem with a muffin fan I purchased and I needed some help. You staff took the time to listen to my problem and after a few messages back & forth arranged a replacement fan.

My temperature/humidity probe stopped working. I called and Nathan trouble shot the issue with me, and then recommended I contact the warranty department. Nick responded promptly, looked further into the issue, confirmed the problem and is shipping me a new probe. Everything was handled very quickly and professionally!
