Reached out about defected inline fan and was contacted right away from support team. New fan on the way. Thanks AC Infinity!!

AC Infinity handled a warranty replacement with great service and ease. Ashley was extremely helpful and coordinated a replacement for a humidifier that I love and was not sure whether such accommodations could be delivered. Thank you.

Grade A++ replacement policy. Erica with the customer support team took care of everything and a replacement item has been posted. As expected, AC Infinity continues to strive to help the growers keep on growin’.
