Customer support was superb and Jose’s communication to me during this process was clear and precise. Thanks very much for addressing my issue with the AIRCOM S6, and looking forward to the replacement. Thanks once again.

Ac infinity is a top notch company! Customer service is amazing and very prompt. I bought a tent from them and was amazed by the quality. Now it seems like I have to buy everything they make. lol.

I had a problem with a unit purchased via a reseller, but I received prompt and professional support service! Within a couple of days the problem is solved, and I am definitely very happy. AC Infinity is a Company which deserves to work with...definitely!

I called the day I found out that part of my shipment was damaged. They were closed, so I reached out by email. I got a timely response the next morning by email from Lauren wanting to help solve the problem for me. Later, I got a return call in response to my call the night before. What more could a person ask for? Later that same day I received an email describing the missing pieces I needed with a new order number. Very pleased with the quality of products and my experience with customer service. Very satisfied customer.
