I've had my T7 for a while I hooked it up to my AI Didn't work so I reach out to AC Infinity They are sending me a replacement for free WOW!!! is all I can say, didn't think that would happen

Customer service was on point. Responded to my email within 24 hours, and I received the replacement part inside of a week. It was my fault the part broke, and yet they still replaced it. Says a lot about a company.. AC Infinity stands on business!

Nick from their support team went above and beyond—he reviewed my case quickly and still approved a replacement for the newer Gen 2 model. The process was smooth, communication was excellent, and the replacement is already on order. It’s rare to see a company that stands behind its products this well, especially when the warranty has technically expired.
