Hello AC Infinity Team, I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the outstanding customer service I recently received. It made what could have been a frustrating situation completely seamless. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that responds quickly and takes care of things without unnecessary complications. I really appreciate the support and look forward to continuing to use your products. Thanks again for the excellent service. Best regards, Shannon Malmquist

Great products. Good support. Quick and easy warranty claims.

Incredible customer service thank you Brittany!

I won some grow equipment from Highigan, my favorite streamers and one of the fans clips came broke, once I found the info they needed they pretty much instantly processed and shipped my new clip. Im pretty sure it was broken in transit so I dont blame ac for anything, I am super pleased with my tent, ai control, light, exhaust and fans they all seem to be of high quality and easy to install. A/C Infinity will be my go to grow equipment supplier from now on. Thank you.

Quick response, no fluff, no loose ends, took care of me very quickly and conveniently! 5 stars!

I love the line of ac infinity products, and when I encountered a problem with my fan they were easy to contact and helpful in diagnosing the problem.

Had an issue after a year of use and they honored their 2 year warranty no trouble at all!

I had ordered some fans from AC Infinity off Amazon and they were a little bit defective. Nick, the agent that took care of me was prompt and handled the issue and they stuck to their warranty without any issues. That is why I will always choose AC Infinity.
