I am trying to get them to correct…
I am trying to get them to correct their records. According to them, I owe them 5000 dollars for a course I supposedly signed up for in 2019. This is 2024 and I have never heard from them before. According to them they do not have any record of me taking any courses. They are trying to get me to pay them 1000 dollars to stop harassing me. That is what it is. I have tried to get them to leave me alone and correct their error but they want me to pay them for their mistake. They even said themselves I don't have any records of tests or classes from 2019 or ever. I am getting an attorney and paying a retainer to sue them. Perhaps I can get enough people who have been similarly treated to make it a class action case.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. You signed an Enrollment Agreement on August 5, 2019. Failure to attend or participate in the courses does not cancel the agreement. You have defaulted on your payments; hence, your account was deemed under collection status, and you are obligated to pay the full program cost. Our goal is to find a resolution that works for both parties. We are trying to reach out to discuss offers to help find a mutually beneficial solution. If you have any additional questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to call us at 888 600 3640.
