purchase with uncertainties, but evenutally successful
There were technical difficulties, but eventually I got my book I feel like it's fair now to edit my review from "DO NOT SHOP AT THIS SITE" to "purchase with uncertainties, but evenutally successful" and from 1 star to 3. It started out with my book link never being delivered to my email address as promised and customer support was not responding properly to my emails. My login still doesn't work, that never changed and the password recovery link is a dead end, too. I still think it is unfair that the refund deadline expires after 3 days - What a hoax! There you are, sheepishly waiting for your book and your refund options just fly out the window...but eventually, late in the evening - strangely enough, only a little after I published a very bad review, but that may be a coincedence - the link was delivered after all. So, at least I received my purchase, but it cost me a lot of time and nerves. Not sure it was worth the 30 euros saved that I would have had to pay for a paperback version on amazon.
