I do not know why huge companies like Amazon allow this company to sell their clearly defective products. Purchased 14,000 btu portable air conditioner last year July 2024 $404.64 (discount applied), used it a less than 2 months, stored it and attempted to use it this year June 2025 due to heat wave and find that it only blows room temperature air (not cool). In fact it was cooler when I opened the windows! I’m going to bbb.org!!!

Their products are the crappiest products ever for a ridiculous price. I bought an ice machine for my business and have not had it for 6 months yet and the thing took a dump. Emailed them multiples times and never got a response. Their customer support and products are sh**

l contacted acekool on the 29th April 24 to report a manufacture fault with a mixer bowl handle as the spot weld securing it has failed making it unsafe and unuseable. It is now the 3rd June 24 and apart from a standard response on the 30th April requesting product details which had already been supplies in first email l have heard absolutely nothing. Naturally l have sent further emails requesting contact but to no avail, they still choose to ignore. Quick to take your money but beyond a joke with customer service. l am naturally disgusted as anyone would be with this lack of service or care. lf l could leave minus stars l would.

cant buy replacement filters for the af2 air purifier. absolute waste of money

My Smoothie Blender came apart when removing the jug from motor. Contacted customer services and only reply in almost a month was email advertising range of products. Avoid this company and buy a trustworthy brand.

I bought their 5 in 1 immersion stick blender product in Amazon on Oct 2022. After using it 4-5 times, it damaged and I’ve sent email to them on 28 Dec 2022 and request for replacement. On 11 Jan 2023, they said cannot provide same product for me and ask me to choose other product which only have 1 blender function not my original product with 5 functions. I reply them on the same day and ask why Amazon still can buy my product but why I cannot have it for replacement? After 2 months, I still waiting for their customer service reply. I strongly suggest NOT choose any products from this brand as their customer service is bad and they did not keep their promise for same product replacement!!!!!

I have contacted Amazon and the manufacturer of Acekool. Neither are offering help. The product is an Acekool blender/smoothies maker that will not detach from the jug base for cleaning. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. IT IS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.
