The quality is not what it used to be. This AC Delco was 3 years 3 months old, it started acting up about 2 months ago, came out and it was totally dead. So I checked the connections and charging system, they were working fine. Checked to see if there was something drawing it down,there wasn't. Charged it, was fine for about a month, then it was dead one morning. Again Charged it, fine for another month, then dead again. Dead cell.

On July 28th I purchased a #2 NOX sensor for my 2015 Duramax Diesel 3500 Silverado, on July 29th I installed the vehicle following basic instructions found online, which simply said to unscrew the old one and screw the new one into the port in the exhaust. On July 31st I experienced a secondary issue with my DEF system which resulted in taking my truck to Chevrolet Dealership in Pasco, WA. The dealership, McCurrely Chevrolet, had my vehicle for 4 and a half DAYS, running diagnostics and performing repairs on the vehicle and the DEF system, all of which included confirmation that the #2 NOX sensor was working properly. I left the dealership on the afternoon of August 6th and drove the vehicle approximately 12,000 miles (I own a transport business) and on the afternoon of August 18th the vehicle lost power and I was forced to take it to a shop in Utah. After 2 days of running diagnostics and close examinations the technician discovered that the #2 NOX sensor was COMPLETELY OUT of the exhaust pipe. The threaded device was hanging as though it had never been installed and was banging off the drive line. Because the NOX Sensor has failed, the vehicle has failed to properly regenerate and had completely clogged the DPF filters. At this time the shop has replaced the sensor with an OEM part and is preparing to do a complete restoration on my DEF filter system. The estimated cost of all of this work is close to $2600. Not to mention the cost of the rental truck that I have been driving while my vehicle is in the shop, the lost revenue I have experienced because I'm not able to afford to rent a direct replacement 1 ton truck to continue working combined with the stress of trying to figure out how I'm going to even pay the mechanic just to get my truck back because I don't have $2600 after I just spent $4000 less than 3 weeks ago repairing the same system that is now broken. I'd really appreciate it if Delco would step up and offer some assistance. They declined

Will never buy a AC Delco battery people, Bought AGM from menards batt went bad 8 months later and no help of a replacment, I've been buying super starts from oreillys and no problems having a warrenty claim... acdelco is junk Batterys.

I bought a used crv.2024 .The Owner has recently changed the battery ACdelco brand , and handed me the receipt. After two years battery is replaced my mechanic said battery getting bad ,not holding charge , but next service might be required replace it. it has still warranty and already has warning ,so funny ,very bad quality.I need to find ouy warranty details.

do t order anything from this company as you won't get your delivery or your money back. after caller about a £100 item that was marked as delivered they said its not there problem and won't help or replace or refund. disgusting customer service.

Wrong touchup paint sent. They sent touch up pen 2oz instead of the 5oz spray can I ordered and was charged for! To take this back to the dealership is a 20 mile RT for me and would require I take off work. I will not be ordering from them again.

After replacing my Holden Cruze 2013 JH1.8 5 speed engine which went pretty well no issues or problems as many think overall but when I signed up with Acdelco tech-line system delivery things looked straight forward during sps programming that been said issue's arise the software download was picked up as a threat contaminated with virus errors glitches that was affecting/infecting my computer to run normally I’ve disabled my Norton antivirus with little improvement affects I’ve contacted the company several times to resolve this problem they recommended to remove and reinstall the software with new updates which I did without any success but continuous failures it was very frustrating and clear to me why many garages mechanics won’t waste their time performing vehicles programming tasks it’s mostly unfortunately unsuccessful and very costly time consuming following up with the company to fix their service

Bought an AC/Delco battery at the Chevrolet dealership. The unit lasted a little over 7-years before I noticed it did not have the ooomph at engine starting time as it had in the past. With cold winter weather here, I played it safe and bought a new battery. Seven-years of starting a V8 engine and always reliable is excellent.
